Your donations to Becca’s Closet are always tax-deductible!

We gladly accept new and gently worn short, club-style or long formal dresses in all sizes, with the greatest need for small sizes (000–4) and larger sizes (14+).
✨ Please note: We cannot accept wedding gowns, business attire, old-style cocktail dresses, or everyday clothing.

If you’re unsure whether your donation is suitable, please review our donation guidelines below or click the sponsor links.

After making your donation, you can easily download a tax receipt directly from our website.

For specific advice on claiming charitable contributions, please consult your tax professional.

We Accept Donations Of:

  • Short club-style and long formal dresses in current styles (less than 5 years old) — just like what you’d find in stores today

  • Dresses that are clean and ready to wear

  • Bridesmaids’ gowns

  • Shoes that coordinate with formal dresses (not all chapters that accept them)

  • Costume jewelry

  • Evening handbags

We Cannot Accept:

  • Dresses with stains, rips, holes, tears, or pulls

  • Dresses that are outdated or styles high school girls will not wear

  • Business suits or pant suits

  • Wedding gowns

  • Sundresses or casual clothing

  • Pre-Worn Undergarments

  • Worn-out shoes

  • Donations can be dropped off during school hours at Beloit Memorial High School (1225 Fourth Street, Beloit, WI 53511)

    All donations are greatly appreciated! Our greatest need is for plus-sized dresses (16+), sparkly jewelry, and formal shoes.

Hand delivered donations can be dropped off at the front office at Beloit Memorial High School. 1225 Fourth St, Beloit, WI 53511
