Rebecca Kirtman Memorial Scholarship
Becca’s Closet collects and distributes homecoming and prom clothing to needy high school students in local communities. Becca’s Closet also hosts annual fundraisers to fund post-secondary scholarships.
The Rebecca Kirtman Memorial Scholarship currently awards 3 types of non-renewable post-secondary scholarships in the minimum amount of $1,000.00 each. The purpose of these scholarships is to encourage students who have demonstrated outstanding community service in high school to continue their efforts throughout their lives and to encourage others to do the same.

Becca's Closet Involvement Scholarship
The applicant must:
· Be a graduating high school senior
· Have made an outstanding, documented contribution to his or her local community through the creation of or involvement in a Becca’s Closet chapter or Becca’s Closet organized through a supporting organization
· Be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
· Plan to attend an accredited 2 or 4-year college, technical school or university in the United States in the Summer/Fall of 2013
· Have a minimum 2.0 unweighted high school grade point average on a 4.0 scale
Becca's Closet Involvement Application
Becca’s Closet Spirit of Generosity Scholarship
The applicant must:
· Be a graduating high school senior
· Have made an outstanding contribution to his or her local community through volunteer action including but not limited to Becca’s Closet
· Demonstrate Financial Need
· Be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
· Plan to attend an accredited 2 or 4-year college, technical school or university in the United States in the Summer/Fall of 2013
· Have a minimum 2.0 unweighted high school grade point average on a 4.0 scale
Becca's Closet Spirit of Generosity Application
Becca’s Closet Nova High School Scholarship
The applicant must:
· Be a graduating high school senior at Nova High School – Davie, Florida
· Have made an outstanding contribution to his or her local community through notable involvement in Becca’s Closet
· Be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
· Plan to attend an accredited 2 or 4-year college, technical school or university in the United States in the Summer/Fall of 2013
· Have a minimum 2.0 unweighted high school grade point average on a 4.0 scale
Becca's Closet Nova High School Application
Scholarships awarded for the 2013 – 2014 School Year will be announced in May 2013. Applications must be received no later than 6 PM on April 19, 2013. Late entries will not be considered.
All scholarships awarded will be sent directly to the post-secondary institution where the successful applicants enroll in the Summer/Fall of 2013. Scholarships will be null and void if the successful applicant fails to enroll in a post –secondary institution in the Summer/Fall of 2013.
